Prices per person based on two people sharing a double or twin room with en-suite facilities & include breakfast. A supplement is payable for a couple occupying a family room.

ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENT PAYABLE FOR A SINGLE PERSON IN A DOUBLE ROOM & £10 PER NIGHT SUPPLEMENT FOR A COUPLE OCCUPYING A FAMILY ROOM
* Children aged 12 + = full adult price
* Children aged 2 - up to 12 sharing a room with two adults 50%
* Infants & young children aged 0 - 2 yrs FREE
We accept well behaved dogs, but try to limit this to one dog staying at a time. There is an additional charge of £2.50 per night.
Please note during bank holidays & from April - October one night bookings are not accepted.
Booking conditions & General Information:
Please note payments are accepted by cash or credit card. Bookings must be made directly with the hotel and are subject to availability. Please note that at the time of your booking you will be asked for a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person & £10 per child aged 2 - 12. Regretably no refunds can be issued for departures made before the end of the period booked.
Large family parties (5+) will be requested to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. Full payment will be due TWO WEEKS prior to arrival date. Please note we are unable to take bookings for 'Hen & Stag' groups.
We are a non-smoking establishment & for your convenience we have outdoor ashtrays installed.
Check-in Times / Departure
Arrival - Between 11.00 - 12.30pm or after 5pm. Prior arrangements can be made if you wish to check-in earlier & leave your luggage with us.
Departure - please vacate your room by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Meet & Greet
If you are arriving by train or flying into Bournemouth International Airport we will be happy to collect you from the station or airport - £8 from the station & £15 from the Airport.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within one week of your booking will incur a cost of 50% of your booking value unless we are able to re-let your room for the same period. Cancellation within 24 hours of your booked arrival date will incur a 100% cost.
For your own protection we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, to cover yourself should you need to cancel your booking for reasons beyond your control.
The management reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time.
